Great podcast mashaAllah. Actually Istighfar is very very important, underrated. It is like your daily eraser, of the day and of the past, and at the same time the fruits you are asking for or not even dreaming of. But we need to do istighfar with the heart and by thinking of all the bad things, sins we have done before and now, ONE BY ONE, so it can be very useful.
