Hello, dear friends! Today I'm sharing with you an incredibly simple and delicious pizza recipe.

This recipe from my grandma is perfect if you want to quickly conjure up something delicious and filling. Little effort, maximum enjoyment!
Ingredients:
2 potatoes
2 eggs
50 ml milk
1 onion
Chicken fillet
1 tomato
Spring onions
100 g cheese
Butter
Spices: paprika, salt, dill
Preparation:
1. The base:
Cut the potatoes into thin slices, remove the starch by rinsing and fry the slices in butter until golden brown.
2. The egg-milk mixture:
Whisk the eggs with milk and add a pinch of salt.
3. Turning:
Carefully turn the potatoes with a plate so that they turn golden brown evenly on both sides. Then pour the egg-milk mixture over them.
4. The topping:
Place the chicken fillet, sliced onion, tomato and spring onion on the potatoes. Season with the desired spices.
5. The finishing touch:
Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until the cheese has melted.
