The stew looks amazingly delicious-- have to tweak a little for my diet-- no wine, no flour. Will replace potatoes with radishes that have been soaked in heavily salted water while preparing stew. Rinse radishes thoroughly before. cooking. Using heavy cream in place of milk. Looking gorward to msking this stew. Thank you for sharing your recipes.❤

Ein feines Rezept. Es war auch schön dass das Baby beim Zwiebelschneiden nicht dabei war. Anbraten in Butter ist toll, es muß halt sanft sein. Ich werde die Champingnons vierteln und in einer zweiten, trockenen Pfanne scharf anrösten. In der ersten Pfanne, mit dem Fett werde ich die Zwiebeln anlassen, die angerösteten Pilze dazu geben und mit dem Wein ablöschen. Der Rest ist super. Vielen Dank für die Anregung.
