Getting a sponsorship is not a big deal for a person with good technical skills and basic qualifications like a degree. After Brexit hundreds of people got job offers directly after applying from Sri Lanka. Most of top companies are providing Visa, IHS, Air Fare and even relocation packages to settle in UK. Some companies are going extra mile and providing company maintained cars. Only thing is we have to tackle the interview effectively and market ourselves. Good luck to all.
