Mish is so much more suited to lead the front line of this team. He’s far more dynamic and mobile. Leads a press with the others much more effectively. He makes a massive difference. Matty and Toby have been outstanding even with the poor start. This is definitely a kick on result, the energy was fantastic.

@@russellchan7700 definitely, Higgins takes too much away from the team. They’re a young team with loads of vibrancy. They can run teams into the ground and press, when they do that they look electric. Higgo may be great and his technique is brilliant for this level but he’s just not mobile enough to lead this front line.

Agreed. Went to school with Chris Darling (the ref) - who also reffed their Sudbury game 2 seasons ago - and proud of the job he did (not just as im a hashtag fan). Interesting fact but he also came 27th in this years London marathon. He seems to be a good omen (and doesn't even really know the Hashtag YT channel exists!)

Just a comment after seeing the intro montage. What a guy Spen is, it truly is an incredible story. I started watching KZbin as a 10 year old in the wheel of fortune era, grew up watching the guy and he really has carried himself incredibly throughout the years being an exceptional role model. Can’t of been easy to always maintain such dignity & pretty much never get drawn into any negative antics, especially considering he himself would have been very young & growing up throughout the process too

I’ve seen this happen so many times. Teams expected to do well in the relegation zone after their first handful of games only to go on a run and go up automatically. It’s almost a sign of auto promotion when I see a team expected to compete at the top in the relegation zone. Maybe this season is another example. 10:02 Your no 7 Hassan didn’t get the credit he deserved there. Not only did he start the move but he ran into a brick wall with everyone behind him and played a very clever ball just rolled left in front of the defender which Toby was running on to. Had he gone for any other option that move is most likely breaking down.

Spen, I can't get this side the way I played at that electric 2010/11 East Sturrock season. I brought the band back in, Gibbs, ol 'Higgo, The Fox in the Box... but it ain't working. I can't berate the lads like I used to, 2024 bollocks and all that. Spen, you know the score. Wow, at last, looked like the team I thought # were before all those misses cost us in that frustrating season last year. That first half had me out of my seat, and those skills on display embarrass a lot of players in my championship team. They cant do what # do when it comes to close ball skills and killer through passes. A perfect revenge for Hastings away last year. With scoring boots on, I am looking forward to up the table and onwards. Watch out Dorking here we come. Nice intro too. Given everything you have done, you could be as 'cocky' as you like when putting down trolls who says You Tube team. Best show on that Platform. Hope to meet you when I can make it back to Blighty. For the second yellow card, the reason the ref took so long because when the contact was made the referee was a fair distance a way so he delayed it a couple of seconds so he could get closer and sell his decision.
