That's really frustrating. Seems like trying to find a place there is a big challenge. Palawan is beautiful, but perhaps consider moving to another island. Though i agree that Puerto Prinsesa is a gem. Good luck with your house hunting. ☺️👍

Something seems to be happing here in PP City, service is in your face good or not at all. I eat out 3 or 4 times a week in the city, early and late evening, more places seem not to welcome my wife and I, left sitting and I'll be with you, they are just standing at a counter are walking no where. Some stores they will even walk away.

Sad to hear about ur experience, I usually have ok service in Puerto. Just in few places I know it is bad so I avoid them. U are correct that customer servants are avoiding work in many places. Or their moves are like slow motion, like watching paint dry.

Off topic but my gf and I live in here in puerto but she’s from Sweden. We just got back from Sweden last month. It is incredibly beautiful there

My wife told me the same thing that Finland is beautiful and peaceful. I guess partly because it is so different for pinoys, to me it is so beautiful in the Philippines. But I do appreciate the beauty of the Nordics also

There was no road to drive, just a slippery muddy jungle path downhill. I know motocross somewhat, but I could not bring my family with my bike, and it is dangerous. Still to this day no response to Agoda or to me from the property...

Anywhere we go in the world, scammers come in different shapes and colors. Please use common sense and learn to say NO in a nicest way so we don't offend the scammers. Enjoy and I will be there as a tourist in the next few days.

Stop saying you were scammed two times. The first one, refunded your money. And bloody well you know there is a typhoon. Second, as soon as you saw the dirt, muddy road, right away, you should know it's a no go, and a waste of time. Stop sensationalizing your story, when it fact, you were not scammed twice.
