I personally have been doing the “2 sec” eyeliner thing for years!! Or at least, some variant of it. For casual everyday makeup I only ever draw on the wing of my eyeliner, and forgo lining the rest of my eye. Paired w mascara it looks so so natural, like lash extensions!! I’ve noticed that regular eyeliner makes my eyes look beady and round, bc of my eyes position in their sockets. Just drawing on the wing naturally enhances the feline shape of my eye and just overall compliments my eye and face shape better!
