Holy crap it is so good I just made it. If your making it for yourself just cut the fruit in half. For example instead of 2 cups of strawberries and 2 cups of raspberries do 1 cup of strawberries and 1 cup of raspberries!

What's the speed you're using for this? Where do you start and finish with the blender? I tried to do this and start at 1 then went to 5, then 9. Never got to that smooth consistency though... 😕

I made a forth of July smoothie bowl on forth of July. Since I make them for myself I normally have 3 cups of fruit in all. How I made it was for the red part half a cup of strawberries and half a cup of raspberries. For the white I did 1/2 cup of peaches and half cup of bananas. For the blue I did 1 cup of blueberries. I then put all of those in a bowl and it was sooo good.

Please do a smoothie without fruits or veggies, I mean you can prove blending protein powder on water or milk, then you freeze it, and use them as coconut cubes but instead they will be of protein powder. I tried it and it result! Love you both.
