2 Star No Touch, Star Battle 10x10 puzzle, intermediate techniques. 1-39-22

This kind of puzzle appeared in the NY Times recently, and now I'm addicted. The creator "Krazy Dad" has a website where you can play. This is one of the harder puzzles and how to think through the solution. Feel free to point out where I may have overlooked some easier discoveries. 1:21 You can say there can't be one the other side because the 2 that would be placed would block off too much of the next block to the right.

I took the link to the puzzle and its a different puzzle. But it also says 1-39-22 at the bottom. I'm just now going down the Star Battle rabbit hole.
