I like the house exterior design and the color. With the floor plan on the first floor, for me, I like to interchange the dining area and the bathroom/stairs area. I just don't like the scenario when lalabas ka sa bathroom na nakatapis from shower at may bisita pala sa living room.

Yes sir actually sir baka nasanay ka na ang access nang balcony is from the family area na pwedeng accessible sa lahat nang area. We are Build and sell in angeles city. Limited lang kasi tayo sa spaces nang lot. Unless na mag dedesign tayo nang 3 bedrooms lang sa 2nd floor pwede tayo maka gawa nang family area na acessible sa lahat. Actually sa mga balcony nayan hindi naman talaga gamitin.. Kaya sa mga next floor plan namin ay miniminimise nanamin.

I'm not an architect or something but I can suggest you can put a stairs outside? For easy access, I mean if you have visitors they don't need to go upstairs which are the rooms located since rooms are kinda private.
