Not really a fair question because cost would vary depending what country you live in. The labour, building materials, building permits and other expenses will depend on the country, import cost and even accessibility for materials transport. Too many factors to take into consideration. Your best best is to find a contractor in your area and ask them directly for an estimate

I am surprised and happily impressed by the practicality, simplicity and beauty of this design. Sure there might be some minor things I might tweek to make it best for or most uniquely me but it wouldn't really need to be structurally changing the blueprint. Reminds me of many of the contemporary, simply elegant designs by my Uncle James Brannen and associates in Sag Harbor (Long Island) N.Y. 👍 I love and miss that side of my family so much and this brought back so many Wonderful memories of kindness, open hearts and hospitality. Unconditional FAMILY !!!

I like the layout of this bungalow. It's a little bit too modern in style for me but, that's an easy fix. The rooms appear adequate in size. Perfect for a single person or a couple just starting out.

The exterior of the hose is pretty ugly (black and grey and white is depressing), master bedroom needs it's own private bathroom, but design of the house and landscaping is really nice!

The doors should be sliders instead, not only to save space but because they open the wrong way blocking access. The bathroom is a horrible design. Why designers always put the toilet where the sink should ideally be, has always been a mystery to me. Plus a bath tub in a bathroom that small! Come on!
