So very beautiful really gusto ko yon tangke ng tubig sa pagkalagay so very neat..yon roof deck ganda ng pagkagawa lahat ng sulok ng bahay malinis ang pagkagawa..walang space na nasasayang.. Pulidong-pulido ang pagkagawa ng bahay as a whole..salute to whoever is the designer or architect and engineer of this beautiful house. Am so engrossed watching all your projects if only i have so much extra money to have this house built all i can say is wow.. amazing..our house was built last 2003 a little house with 78 sqm with 2nd floor.. with 5 bedrooms one room downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs and a garage..lahat din ng space walang nasayang.. maganda yon design coz our architect then was my nephew ang problema lang hindi maayos ang pagkagawa sa bahay as a whole so my nephew and us was so disappointed coz the engineer wasn't able to supervised it coz he was then working also at that time he was our co-employee.. Pati yon pagkalagay ng tangke sus maria nagka problema dahil pag napuno na ng tubig tumutulo kaya we have to close yon gate bulb ba tawag dun..lahat ng inilagay nila na mga gamit sa mga 2 cr's puro mga pipitsugin kc hindi nga namin na supervised kc busy din kami sa work.. yon pagkapintura halatang one coating lang pero hindi na lang kami umimik sabi namin magpa repaint na lang.. Even our kitchen pangit ang pagkagawa.. Sobra kami na disappoint talaga kaya when i came to watched sa mga designs niyo am really so amazed..i think last week lang ako nag start to watch your vlog.. now am your new subscriber..
