Nice layout! Love the kitchen+dining. How about a 2-storey house in the middle or sagad sa likod ng 138sqm lot (11x12.5)? 3bedrooms (or 2br&1office), 2 bathrooms, 1-2carports. It's interesting to see what you'll come up with. :D

Design is nice, only minus note is the small kitchen, putting microwave on top of fridge is ugly. I would rather have another floor to put the 2 bedrooms and free space for living area

All that grey makes it look like a soulless corporate space. Nice house layout, though - except for there being too many windows resulting in not enough wallspace to put anything on. Separate rooms with closable doors for kitchen, dining, and living rooms would be nice too.
