My father would absolutely love love this little home. He has raised rabbit beagels all my life and still has a few. He just likes to hear them running the rabbit while sitting by a fire. He does not shoot over his dogs or kill the rabbits. It's just a hobby he has had since he was young, plus gets him out in nature. All the rabbit photos and even wall paper. I'd add a few of his dog statue's and photos. Also all his trophies from entering the dog trials. He would be in heaven,Levi. I need to rebuild this in TN.for him. This home was cute but truthfully I got lost in all the memories I have of being carried around in Kentucky, Sweetwater, Virginia,S.Carolina all over as a very young girl by him following those dogs in running trials. Best memories ever. Thanks for sharing plus giving me a walk down memory lane. Your videos bring me much joy in ideas for my own ( if I ever get a floor plan. Exterior been completed) and also brings up the happiest times of my life. Being a kid. We all need a fully functioning adult size playhouse. Lil kid left in all of us. Great video, thanks again.

The kitchen and bath were separated by a door. The living room was were the bed also went. It was over 500 a month and that was early 1980's. Efficiency now goodness knows the price range. If I ever get wealthy,I'm starting whole neighborhoods devoted to tiny but comfortable living. The people that would do something helpful are never the people who have the money to help. @AmericanNomad, it might be that the property you were looking at vs the Hare House property has a different zoning designation... or the zoning standards were updated. When you are ready to buy land, my suggestion would be to be to ask San Bernardino for the exact zoning designation for each of those properties you are considering and ask again if there is a minimum square footage requirement for any of those properties. Do this BEFORE buying any property. The Hare House's zoning designation might not have a minimum square footage requirement but a property in a more "exclusive" neighborhood with larger custom homes might have a different zoning designation with a different zoning requirement/minimum house square footage. Good luck!!

I lived on four acres for about 25 years in a three-bedroom house. It was a rental. Nearby on the same property was a roughly 400sf tiny house as cute as a bug's ear. As the years rolled by, one young couple after another moved into said tiny house all in love and jazzed to find such a cute and affordable home on a gorgeous piece of land. Every last one of these bright and sweet young couples broke up - broke up, not got married and moved on - after no more than about two years in the cute tiny house. Lesson - people need personal space to maintain sanity and a relationship. Not every enticing idea pans out...

@@randybobandy9828 - Let's see you argue that humans don't need some physical space in their intimate relationships - a place where they can be out of sight or hearing of their intimate partner from time to time. A place where they can have a little privacy - maybe have a friend over with whom they can have a conversation where every single word isn't overheard - or even rip a big ol' fart without it being heard. What you said about cause and correlation is a bromide - one of the oldest on record, but drop a quarter a hundred thousand times and it will hit the ground every damn time. Eventually a law of gravity can be postulated accordingly, and the correlations become proofs...

LOVE! I would be decking out my Landscape next!! Tile and Seating Area with Deep Firepit into the sand.. slightly raised with a rock garden and little trees around in the background.. stone walk way.. and decor outside everywhere.. perhaps even decor sculptures instead of trees if you cant' plant any.. and pots and bush plants?... idk..

I know Robuilt took some flack for the cost to build this house but, as I stated on his site, he did not skimp on the materials he used. And the cost of land had to be high end. I commend your choice on picking this airbnb, Levi. And I commend Rob on his build. 😎✌🏻🤙🏻🤘🏻😎

The funny thing is the lost. They need some cactus trees so you don't see the neighbors. LMAO! This is super cute!

They should build these types of homes all over the country so young adults starting out can afford their own living space to own.

This is a beautiful tiny house. I wouldn't change anything about it. I wish I could have one just like. I love the bunny/hare theme. It is just perfect.

Very nice! I would go with a dual-purpose carport/deck design that would connect with the rear balcony to form a wraparound balcony.

And it's an Air BNB. Why wouldn't they want to advertise the address? It's a rental property. Blurring the address makes no sense.

Yes its on slab, septic tank no sewer, and it uses solar panels on top of roof and (sometimes) carport. Oh and they are connected to water.
