Whoa, Challen was just killin' it in this race! Lets off the gas later than others into the turns, and maybe KTM has a little more power than Kawasakis and Yamahas because he was out-drag-racing them on the open stretches of the track, too. Awesome race!

hey does any one know a good decent priced dirtbike i could get for maybe 1k or 2k aus dollars just to have fun with in the sand dunes behind my house? :P (im 15)

for dunes you want something more powerful, a 125 will fry in no time under the heavy load sand puts on it. 250 or 500 2 stroke is the way to go, any yz250 1999 and up is a good choice. cr250 is good too but they don't go cheap, you want 96 or older or 02 and up

+Alistair B it may not fry the 125, but it'll definitely put a heavy load on it. I took my 125 out to a dunes trip; and I'm an experienced rider hitting 4th gear wide jumps. A 250 would be a best bet. You could find a 05 YZ250 for 2k or 3k maybe. Or you can find an older 500. Those are absolute monsters for dunes.
