Hello, I noticed there is some overlap in Day-1 activity and Day-2 activities. For example, you were saying, on Day-1, walk through the shop floor and observe the current state. You are also saying In Day-2, go to Gemba, the place where the actual work is done to observe. So, if you have observed and mapped out the current state on Day-1, why the second time on Day-2 to do the same? Please explain. Thanks!
