Sarah......i been watching your videos since you were pregnant with baby girl........i say that to say..... if you your babies to have screen time....then youndonit as much as you want.....by the third baby screen time is super helpful.....i know cause i had my 3 babies over the last 27 months!

You are not even 6 weeks PP yet You are right to pace and ease into exercise .May need to remember to feed your self what you feed your kids and use part of nap or nursing time to rest a little
