2-Unit Summer Cottage

This HF2 in-game property, "Closed Restaurant" opens as a 2-unit summer cottage by the shore. Consider two families enjoying a vacation together (and apart) making the entire stay all about the fun of sea and sand. Grandparents could be part of the equation, using the smaller unit or two families can bunk all the kids in the super-cool bedroom with full bath and the adults still have their space. The kids will be out playing for much of the time, it won't be a bother for the adults chaperoning them in the big unit. Their heads will hit the pillow and...out, like a light! Enjoy!
