HF2-Charity Mansion with Side Hustle

The Great Charity Mansion was revamped to include a home business office and converted 2-car garage rental space. In lieu of a pool, I opted to build a putting green. The guest room is nestled in a corner of the house, far enough away for privacy, but not isolated. HF2 is superior for builds, but lacks necessities we found in HF1. My love/hate relationship with the two versions lives on. Enjoy!
