Cool explore of Ned's wrong-doings 😀 Is nice that folk were chatty, but they always seem to want to chat when you are trying to leave, never when you arrive! 😀

I know, right? Why do they always choose the times when you're in a rush? 🤣

I wish I knew you were coming. I would have loved to grab a coffee and a Ned Kelly Pie! Next time!

Yeah, it was all a bit rushed and I didn't know if I'd be in Echuca that night until I was close really. We had to push on and get home so it was a mission to get out of there. I wish I could have spent a few more days there. There will be a next time for sure. I seem to recall chatting with you briefly in a Facebook post maybe after this visit?

Glad I found your channel 😊 The GOR must be the MOST overrated bike road in Aus.... Most of it is inland for a start 😅 Enjoying the videos and typical Aussie laid back style
@MrAusadventure3 ай бұрын
Thanks mate, I'm glad you found it too! Yeah, it is a great experience to ride the GOR but only when you get a good day like we had. It's not something I'd aim to do often on trips, I usually head through Victoria in the east. No over top content here! Well, not much anyway! 🤣

Ha ha - 3:34 "Been over to Tassie at all?"... that seemed a very low-key response by you! Hope you directed her to your awesome Tassie two wheeled adventure videos. Also made me realise that I'll be on Tassie adventure #6 in just under four months - where there are a few more twisty roads than you were on during that video 😄. Thanks again for the work put into them.

HaHa! I was hesitant to keep conversations going as I just wanted to hit the road at that point. We wanted to get as far north as we could that day and had made a later start than I had wanted to. That's awesome mate! I remember you saying you were going to Tassie again. I'll be jealous of your Facebook posts when you're over there no doubt. Cheers mate. Thanks for watching!

@@MrAusadventure In the meantime a bunch of us are heading on a four day Jindabyne ride over the cup day weekend (this weekend). Almost ashamed to admit I've never ridden in NSW, so looking forward to this one. Hopefully we have better weather than you copped at the end of the video 🤞

@@andrewrose9707 That will be an awesome weekend away! There are some great roads to ride in the Snowy Mountains. Although I reckon the best roads to get to Jindabyne are in Victoria! Enjoy!

Yeah, we were absolutely knackered the next day. When editing it, I could really hear in my voice how tired I was due to the lack of sleep.

Reminds me of Jurassic Park somehow. Looks like they got the tank in to prevent future town sieges!
@MrAusadventure3 ай бұрын
HaHa! Yeah, they look like small dinosaurs. I'm not sure what the tank is doing there.

All so familiar!! Dinner at the Great Central... did you do the fancy restaurant or the bar food - the restaurant was pricey but really nice when I was there. Funny shit always seems to happen at the Standing Stones... I do love a Demon Fault... I love everyone's reaction the first time they get on the Raspberry lookout - it is incredible. I still say the Mann flows uphill 🤣
@MrAusadventure2 ай бұрын
Both! Sort of! From memory we got restaurant food in the bar as they'd closed the restaurant just as we arrived but they allowed us to order from that menu and eat it in the bar. We had to persuade them and put on the sad face. 🤣 It was NRL grand final night though so it wasn't a peaceful meal! Standing Stones, Raspberry Lookout, Demon Fault, Mann River, it is almost like a Captain Cranky episode isn't it! 🤣

The place is dead but you can't find a park might be a good metaphor for the whole country. One thing thats good about Victoria is that you can park a bit easier than many of the other states.
@MrAusadventure3 ай бұрын
HaHa! It is increasingly more and more difficult to find a park these days in bigger towns and cities.
