I have a question. The other day i was waiting in line to get coffee and behind me was a beautiful woman. She smiled at me but because it was soon to be my turn to make an order I wanted to wait AFTER I got my coffee, so there would be no pressure of time. After I got my coffee I waited outside for her. She got her coffee as well and then passed me by and again smiled at me. I didn't say something, because she was wearing a mask. How should I have handled this situation?

It is a very hard situation, because she is someone in a hurry, and her smile in that situation is ALL that she wants to give you and NOTHING more. You deal with that situation by forgetting about it and feeling good that cute girls are smiling at you. Unless you see her some other day or the same day somewhere else, and you also happen at that time to have something situational and funny to say - the timing is off, and you should forget it unless you really want to invest in a random girl. I wouldn't recommend such an investment. Approaching a human being that is NOT in a hurry is so much better.
