For all the crap that TVs are stuffed with regarding audio, it's a little ridiculous that bluetooth isn't standard. It's so convenient to watch something with headphones late at night when others are asleep.

Very helpful! I'm going to set up my elderly Mother's tv. She has slowly been losing her hearing and is worried about the tv being to loud for neighbors.She has an old tv so I will get the Y adaptor. This is going to make her days so much more enjoyable to listen to her tv while she is cooking and cleaning. I think it might reach far enough in her small apartment to fall asleep listening to tv. So simple, this was a very clear explanation of how to set up a Bluetooth device with my TV It seems I just needed to understand that my TV had all RCA in! Once I realized that I was able to cone t my sound bar and a second speaker in less then two minutes. I bought everything I needed but couldn’t set it up. I have a question. I recently purchased the (JETech Bluetooth Transmitter and Receiver with 3.5mm Stereo Audio) with the intentions of listening to my tv with head phones. I have a pair of bluetooth head phones and also a pair of (wired) beats by dre. I can't quite figure out how to get this Jetech device to work. If I were to send pictures of my tv input/outputs or at least explain them, could you help me get this figured out? I did a lot of research and this is one of the best gizmos for doing what it does. However I did not get around to buying one because I got a Roku box and its remote has a headphone socket which solved the problem I had. Good luck with your situation.

hooked up the mpow 2 and 1 perfectly to my toshiba hd tv but there is a high pitching noise at low levels. When I turn the sound up on the tv and down on the headphones it is much better but the noise is real irritating. I dont think its normal to have to play with sound adjustments to get it acceptable. i moved around the plugs from the jack and the noise does fluctuate so im wondering if it is a bad unit? what do you think?

Hi, I recently bought a Bose Soundtouch 30 and I wanted to connect my Toshiba Smart TV to the Speaker. I tried using a 3.5mm headphone jack to connect them together, I get the audio but I also get random noise while it's playing. Could it be because my 3.5mm cable is not strong enough since it came with my headphones? Should I buy a better 3.5mm audio cable?

I got a bit of a hum while plugged in with the power or charging cable( probably from the power/charging effect). I removed the power/charging cable and sound is crispy clear! Only need the 3.5mm 'double ended plug' plugged into a 'Y' phono cable audio adapter and charge when necessary.

I LOVE your chancel! Ugh, just bought a TLC TV (50S425) to replace the Vizio we dropped during our move. We used a TaoTronics adapter w Vizio TV and it worked wonderfully. However, the new TLC TV doesn't have RCA outputs, only a AV headphone out jack. When we plug the adpater into jack the TV defaults to Headphones and we lose TV speakers. Any suggestions other than returning the TV for one with RCA outputs?

cablebox and tv may have audio sync settings in audio advanced settings or service menu. most surround sound units have audio sync just set the audio delay.

Bluetooth problem: using my LG Stylo2 phone to adjust volume on my BlackWeb Bluetooth CD player/speakers, every time I click up or down there is a corresponding beep that is heard over the speakers that is extremely loud (ahhh) and yet the volune of the KZbin video on the phone is nowhere near the same level as the beep sound associated with adjusting the volume itself. The video sound is much lower. Problem is that extremely loud beeping. My phone settings are on mute so when I touch keys on my phone it is silent... but it is not silent when I adjust video volume. Help? Thx.

I have a LG tone and the mxcder transceiver. It took it a very long time to pair. I put both in pairing mode and when I was about to give up it said "your headset paired." So it just might take a while.
