I have three questions though. 1st: How would you rate the audio quality thar reaches the headphones using this transmitter? 2nd: Let's say, I'd like to use 2 pairs of the same wireless headphones (identical brand and model), would the pairing still work or might the transmitter get confused and not pair with the second pair? 3rd: Let's say, I have connected 2 pairs of high-end headphones for everyday use already but I have some guests stopping by who would like to listen to the same content using some cheaper guest headphones, is there any way to connect more than two devices to this transmitter or - alternatively - would I be able to use an Y cable and two of these transmitters to connect a total of 4 pairs? If so, would there be any loss in audio quality? Great video that brings up an idea/question: My father doesn't hear well so if we watch something together we either use subtitles (hard to read because sometimes move quickly), or increase volume way high. Headphones may solve this problem but I'd like to clarify, can he then listen through headphones at increased volume for him (using volume control on headphones), while anyone else watching in the room just listen through the TV at normal volume (without headphones)?

great question low latency headphones work best but 2 connected may have small audio delay, sometimes this can be corrected in receiver audio sync delay setting but connect transmitter to receiver. if your 2 wireless 7.1 headset is Bluetooth it should work. which model are the headphones?

edward hicks Good idea! I bet that would work for increasing devices beyond two. Too many transmitters sending signals may cause some interference. Electronics running near my wireless headphones sometimes causes blips even with normal use.
