I very much appreciate how Sam Villa guides the viewer step by step through his process. Not only does he do so in great detail by using proper terminology and indicating specific cues (measurements, hand placement, temperature, etc.) but he explains why each step is important. These are qualities of an excellent teacher. I only wish that the camera was closer so the viewer can see the process properly.

Okay so I'm only six weeks into cosmetology school and went looking for help with finger waves because I JUST DON'T GET IT (lol) and found this technique. While I know it won't pass for school, that first technique BLEW MY MIND!!! I have weekend homework to create a style with the Marcel Iron and am totally going to try this.
