I love the size of your locs. They're the perfect size, smaller than the regular traditional, not quite micro, it's actually quite unique. I'm loving my journey over here! 10 1/2 month in. I love your sprinkles so much I couldn't wait for my ends to loc to get some so I been adding them as my ends loc a few locs at a time lol.

Tina! Your locs flourish more and more every time I come back and check you out. I have been a fan of you and your locs since I started my loc journey 1.7 months ago. Our locs are similar and I hope they get as full as yours. Obsessed with your locs huge fan! As far as the thin edges goes…i have similar size locs and i found going semi freeform and doing maintenance every 4-6 months has worked for me. It allows hair in that area that is slower to grow to fill in and get strong. Although going this long can be problematic so i check for locs that need maintenance in between and will crochet those specific locs around 10 for me) and go on with every 6 months . Once 6 months is up i got ahead and crochet retwist my whole head. Hope this helps!! I will be posting on tik tok this wknd to explain. “King of dreads” hope this helps!!

TRIM IT! DO IT! Hair will grow back. I'm at 1.5 years and finally trimmed mine following The Minimalist Natural's Tutorial. I'm so much more confident now! It's slightly longer than the way she cut it. Hair will grow back!! Don't listen to the hair police!

yea sometimes I wished I couldn't see the wall thru my loss too but dont u think that will come with time, the longer it gets?? I think that tends to happen with shorter layered locs

I love your hair and content. Where did you get your loc jewelry? I love those little balls. I tried the "usual" jewelry and just don't like them. Seems like they get in the way. I like how yours are seen but not heard LOL.
