I have two year old g/b twins and these small pieces would be thrown all around the house for me to step on. I’ve tried the small rainbow, it was tossed apart in no time. I’d like ideas on toys without so many pieces. Two year olds aren’t sophisticated enough to keep these things neatly in baskets.

Yesss true story there. For a long time they enjoy throwing, emptying, pouring, transporting and all the other schemas. My little lady still does at 3. It takes a lot of patience to let them make the mess. I find keeping it enclosed to one area helps. I usually ask them to keep it one the playroom for example so they don't get stepped on.
