Aw, thanks Patrick! Thanks for the positive thoughts and encouragement. I wasn’t planning on this to be honest and this idea came just a few days ago. I thought it’s time to share on my reflections. I would defo like to meet you someday soon too and I’m sure it will happen. I just hafta make that trip to Melbourne sometime soon! You've grown and learned so much these past couple of years, starting with the idea to teach Singapore cooking and linking Portuguese cuisine to it. . . Now you're collaborating with other chefs, appearing at food festivals, developing relationships with food vendors, creating themes for your monthly pop-ups and connecting people in Lisbon, both visitors and residents. Hiya Luis, thanks for the comments. I never saw it or thought of it that way as my main aim was to showcase decent Asian food and the Malaccan connections. But thank you for the kind words. Greatly appreciate it 😁There are so many places I like in Portugal but particularly I like Porto, Alentejo (Evora, Estremoz), Tomar, Marvāo, Arrabida and Obidos. Yes, I do cater to vegetarian for bigger events and also private dinners. For private dinners, I can host with a minimum of 4 people.
