Ty so much for your videos... It really helps, my insertion exoerience was the same, i had my iud a month ago and the cramping was oooofff next level pain, i am on constant debate if i should get it out... Before iud i had normal cramps with iregular periods so with this insane cramp pain first month i am on constant fear is it normal or if something bad is happening (preforation, pelvic inflamation) so its sometimes hard to "suck it up" and drink a lot of pain killers... I am scaling is it worth it coz i havent even been intimate with my partner (cramps, pain) since it got inserted a month ago, so my birth control is 100% affective 🙈😊
