Hello sir, in 30:20 , wouldn't cos theta be negative here (if area vector is out of the board and B is into the board ) so as area is increasing, the flux is becoming more negative, and so (its magnitude is increasing),then emf is (-ve)×(-ve) is (+ve) ,is anti clockwise (if we consider the sign convention,that a positive emf is created by an anti clockwise current )

In a static magnetic field, when there is a change in the area of the loop, the change of magnetic flux has no effect. There is a motional emf in the loop due to the motion of the conductor through the magnetic field.
