Hint for anyone who's dating or starting to date again- If you ever hear someone say things like, "I really respect woman" & "I really know how to talk to women" and more lines in a similar vein.… Any man that says things like that come from 'Opposite Land'. Simply take everything he says & flip it around. It'll save you time, energy, a broken heart & a whole lot of money!

Juli E. Hell yes. Truest words ever typed by far. Narcissistic people always do this. My ex was like that and I left him. And to add on that when a guy says that he and his ex would fight then there was love and then fight and then love that is a huge sign that he likes to pick fights and thinks that’s “normal” when it simply isn’t. Nobody deserves to have to constantly stand up for themselves because the person they’re dating is clearly delusional and paranoid and just wants to get you worked up. It’s a disgusting game.

Any person who feels the need to tell you they "have a heart of gold" is automatically a shitbag. If you "have a heart of gold" people will pick up on that fairly quickly. . the fact you feel the need to blabber about yourself like that is a VERY bad red flag.

@@66hoodwitch but still very likely. I've never heard a person with a heart of gold have to tell someone else that they have a heart of gold. You don't have to say it when your actions already show it. If you feel you have to say it, it's a red flag to those listening that you're probably just the opposite. But you're right, it doesn't make it a solid fact, but it also doesn't make them look good either. To me, it's actually a warning sign that they probabaly aren't what they say they are.
@GetMeThere1
@GetMeThere1 6 жыл бұрын
"I've never heard...." That's probably because one of your measures of a "heart of gold" is humility. Perhaps you are the one with narcissist tendencies if you're so keen-eyed for the humble/submissive qualities in others, lol (mostly, I'm just teasing...but it's interesting how people assess others).
@GameChanger597
@GameChanger597 6 жыл бұрын
@@GetMeThere1 I find it funny that you're insinuating that if I can spot a narcissist then I must be one. Yet you're calling me a narcissist, so that would make you a narcissist as well, by your own logic. Yes, it is very "interesting" how people "assess" others, isn't it🙄 Like I said earlier, if someone actually has a heart of gold, then they don't have to tell you- they will show you instead. Telling someone you have a heart of gold is completely out of social norms. Narcissists, sociopaths, and psychopaths tend to say and do things out of what's considered the "social norms" for healthy people. You can also hear from his other statements just how self absorbed he is. I don't think I'm the only one who sees this. He does not sound sincere at all. Aside from that, just like anybody, I have my strengths and weaknesses and one of my strengths is reading in between the lines of what people are "really" saying. Chalk it up to life experience.

theylied1776 Quite a few doctors are like that. Makes me sick. Like they're better than someone or they're too good to be your friend or something. People with intelligence tend to let themselves get that way; they get conceited and narcissistic and forget the very reason they sought intelligence in the first place. The first goal of any scientist, medical or otherwise, should be to help make people happy through the power of science. Not for pride or glory or selfish gain or to stroke their egos.

Why is ABC presenting Valerie as some innocent victim? She and Leon hire a hitman to kill their respective exes. She hire a hitman to kill her daughter's father. She may have been abused by Leon but it doesn't eliminate the fact that she hired a hitman to kill her daughter's father. It's like that babysitter who conspired with her lover to kidnap a 5 yo old. The lover killed the babysitter and she was being presented as some victims while they had her text messages where she was planning the kidnapping.

Just because you have 750k house, with parties 24/7 in that house doesn't mean they're happy. Age is overrated, money is even more overrated, and relationships are even worst! Some women think living as a single person as a death sentence. I wish she found happiness but if she was my sister or my mom or my friend I would have told her all of that to her face so she can enjoy her life without feeling obligated to be attached to a male figure in her life.

In my experience stay away from men who say: "I asked God for you", "You are perfect", "I can't believe you are real/exist (love bombing), "you are so much better than my ex" or you have *names feature of body part which is so much better than his ex, triangulates you (uses other people to create confusion, jealousy, or to argue against what your feelings are trying to warn you about). When you try to confront a behaviour you don't like says "that's not what is happening", deflects your questions, lies about age, name from the beginning and comes up with justification. Has a lot of different alias online or names they go by. *Is too good to be true. *Feels like you are dating yourself (mirroring). The way you can test that is imply things you like and when the other person says they like those things too (cause they will like everything you like) change your taste, say just kidding, I hate that. They will change it too. Oh I just said I liked that cause you did. Not fool proof but what you are doing is identifying who they are separate from you. Give very little information while getting to know someone. Don't tell secrets and things about yourself or other people you know. Don't introduce them to everyone you know until you assessed them on your own. Don't introduce strangers to your kids. Here's some more "I've been waiting for you my whole/entire life". If you meet their parents and one seems abusive and the guy says he had a great childhood, don't buy it. How the dad is says a lot and same with the mom. Lies to you once about something that seems stupid to lie about (literally just to lie, not something that you would be upset about). These are all huge red flags people. Unless you like being with cluster B men who will cheat, lie, steal, create chaos, confusion and misery at any opportunity they get. Who can also be potentially fatally dangerous on top of mentally dangerous and you want to exhaust your mind, body and spirit, then go for it. The only way a relationship like that could benefit you is if you're more calculating and callous than a person like this, in that case good luck!
