Why is induced EMF zero when current is constant, isn't current time graph and EMF time graphs supposed to be same because V=I×R Please help😭😭😭😭
@bbatroll Жыл бұрын
EMF is directly proportional to rate of change of current. Since the current is constant here, i.e. not changing at all over time, the EMF induced will be zero. For e.g. if the current is I = 5A at t = 5s and I = 5A at t = 10s as well, the change produced would be (5 - 5) / (10 - 5) = 0. And since EMF is directly proportional to the change in current per unit time, as stated above, it will also be 0. Miss derived it at this timestamp as well: 16:49 Hope this helps.
