Hello Sir, As we know If a company performance is not good that particular stock will be removed from Nifty50 by NSE .... Then if a particular mutual fund holds that negative performance stock, why it(stock) can not be removed by fund manager from the mutual fund. Why should investors bear loss. I know mutual fund portfolio has more shares. Please clarify on this. Thank you in advance

Hi Sir, Good morning i'm investing in mutual funds from last 2 years through SIP fixed amount. What i observed is when market is up i'm get less units & when market is down i'm getting more units because of NAV value changes. what i feel is if market goes down also we should't worried must because we are getting units as like in lumsum we don't get any units when market is down. There is no confusion sir. What i'm trying to say is in SIP mode of investment price will get average over a long period if market is high (or) Low. For example: If you invest fixed amount 3000 every month and NAV is 30 you will get 100 units for that particular month from fund which you have invested. If markets performing well your fund NAV will increase same as if markets are not performing well your fund NAV will decrease say NAV is 28 for the next month but we invest 3000 through SIP we get 107 units so 7 units extra we are getting when markets are not performing. This 7 units we can sell in the future when markets are high. just try to explain to viewers with numbers. This is main advantage in SIP over lump sum.
