Have you read Strange the Dreamer? That was such an interesting book & I’m so excited to pick up the Smoke & Bone trilogy too! Ugh yes, the Grace Year! That cover is absolutely GORGEOUS. ✨ VICIOUS. 👏🏻 A Darker Shade of Magic wasn’t that great. Also, did you dye your hair? It looks a lot darker at the ends. 🤔
@alexandraroselyn5 жыл бұрын
Liv’s Library yes! I really liked Strange the dreamer! And ok I’ll def start with Vicious!!!!! Thanks Liv❤️

Liv’s Library oh! And no I didn’t lol I think it’s just the lighting- you can’t tell but it’s actually kind of overcast which makes my hair look darker :)

I read The Shadow of the Wind last year for my library book group & it was the best thing I read until I read The Nevernight trilogy. It was something different for me, but I was so hooked into the story! It’s amazing storytelling & I want to continue with the series! One of the plot twists is a bit crazy (just want to warn you) but the book still really left an impression on me. It’s a bit intense...but I’m interested to see how you like it. I’m starting Night Film because I’ve now seen it on Becca’s & your channel! I hope you get to & enjoy these books! Many of them I want to read as well! 😊✨✨ Happy Saturday, Lexi! 🤗💕💕 Happy Reading! 🤓📚✨

Based on what I've seen in your videos, I think you will love Anna-Marie McLemore. Wild Beauty was my favourite but all the ones I've read are beautiful reads. The Weight of Feathers is on my list this year. I also think you'll like Shadow of the Wind.

I read Ninth House and really enjoyed it, although it can be a bit gruesome in parts. I also read The Starless Sea. I agree with you about her writing being lyrical and beautiful, but I found that despite that I just didn't care about what happened to the characters. I will be interested to see how you feel about both books.

It's an interesting book, though it did tend to be too much in one story. At least that's what I felt. But it had some very lovely fantasy ideas.

Daughter of Smoke and Bone is a bought series but also an audiobook in my Audible cart right now. I just need to save money to buy all the stuff I want. Hopefully Audible doesn't screw me over like they did last time I bought audiobooks. They do this often, too. ... Fairyland... is on my 2nd TBR stack. If I had money, I would add it to my Audible books, but no money, no audiobook. The Starless Sea, I was able to get it on Audible and wanna read it soon, but I have so many books I anna read that I don't know what to read first. The only books I know I wanna read this year are the ones in the first TBR stack, which are: ACOTAR Orion Lost Alanna: The First Adventure Pages & Co.: The Book Smugglers The Last Wild Cogheart Charmed Life (DWJ) If I get through these, I will pick other books I already have on Audible, but the way I'm reading I think it will be done slowly. I also have all the KZbin videos to watch so it takes up my time as well. 5 more videos to reach #100!

A night of cakes and puppets is the daughter of smoke and bone novella about the main character karou’s best friend zuzanna. It is one of my favourite books of all time it’s so magical and beautiful ans spooky, 13/10 would recommend. It’s set during the first book daughter of smoke and bone. So it doesn’t spoil the other two books and only mildly spoils the first book
