Mini games were left out of New Horizons. Was nice having friends over and competing together on the island of New Leaf. Kapp'n only allows one person on his boat unlike New Leaf were up to 4 people could ride to the island to play mini games.

I would have liked it more if there were multiple people at the roost each day, maybe even group conversations. They could have put a stage in too where K.K. can go like in older games instead of the town square just to be a bit fancy!

Being able to work for Brewster like in New Leaf, is one glaring omission from this New Horizons update. I actually looked forward to playing the New Leaf game just to work at the café and interact with my villagers.

Something else interesting is that if you scan an amiibo card for a villager that has moved out of your island, you will get special dialogue. It was nice getting reacquainted with my boy Curlos!

some notes: it does not have to be consecutive days to unlock anything the to-go visitors are random and can include any npc that works on your island including both the dodos, Isabelle, Blathers, Timmy, Tommy, Tom Nook, Kapp'n, Mabel, Sable if you talk to the NPCs that visit and they show up multiple times they have friendlier dialogue (vs treating you like a stranger) if you ask for multiple cups of coffee at the counter per day he will warn you not to drink too much but will serve you regardless. you can order as many as you like- as far as I can tell there is no limit pigeon milk comes from.•`¥¥¥•|¥°¶E R R OR

i don't think Brewster is scared of Tom Nook as Tom is a super nice guy (i mean, he let you pay your house depth whenever *you* want) i think Brewster and Tom don't have the same social interactions yet as you and Brewster

Would be nice if you could even get amiibo cards. Random cards in a pack was a bad idea. People bought them up and are selling individual cards for 2x the price of a whole pack or more. Often the ones people want aren't even listed as available. Nintendo put too much emphasis on the amiibo for the update and dlc. Trying to do something in the dlc and my controller keeps vibrating to get me to scan an amiibo, even though I don't have any lol. No way to turn it off. Not a fan of controller vibration on any games unless it's 100% necessary. Like doing something in game that was made to use vibration and has no visual or audio cues.
