All right handed people should have the handle of the reel on the left. It allows you to use your dominant hand to cast and angle the fish.

the weakest point in any budget challenge is always the line. You can live with the reel and the rod being average, cheap lures still swim OK, but the line they put on those combos makes it painful.

Yea even since the last $20 challenge everything has gone up! But that’s alright, that’s why it’s a challenge and super stoked to catch anything on it! Facebook marketplace may be the next victim? 🤔
