this just came to me randomly, but i think it would be cool: for the numbers-only boxes layout that's not snapped to the calendar grid (11:22), what if you color-coded the boxes to correspond with days of the week? obviously you'd need 7 colors to do this, but i think it would look super cute for a rainbow theme :3

Great video, and very helpful and inspirational. I am toying with the idea of tipping my toe into bullet journaling, in combination with my hourly, daily duo and monthly (because I just like all the toys!). I’m thinking of doing a BJ that has all my trackers, calendar and journaling pages. Plus, I broke down and bought a Silhoutte and have a book of all kinds of things I could make for the planner and BJ formats. It’s a work in progress in my head lol! I always do a regular calendar grid layout & whilst I don’t use it that much, I find I need to have the visual of the weeks. I do a monthly task list on the left hand page (so I can easily flip to it when I’m adding them to my weekly tasks) & three boxes of the calendar, then the remaining four on the right hand page. I also am a Monday start person for the grid. I’ve never been any good with Sunday start weeks as the weekEND is split up 😂
