The self-congrats log made remember that, in previous years, I used to add a Little Victories Log to my monthly set up, where I celebrated a little victory each day. I don't know why I haven't include it in so long. I think it's time to bring it back. Thanks for all the ideas!

I know I'm going to rewatching these mental health ideas videos more than once! I especially love the anxious day plan; I get overwhelmed to the point of panic by very small things sometimes, and this would be perfect to help manage that. I normally don't have the energy to set up anything more than just strictly bare-bones, but I want to try working with some of these in the future!

Glad the ideas could be helpful! The nice part about the anxious day plan is that it can be set up in a really simple way 💪 💜

Hello. Love your videos. Do you have a nice idea to track sorrow and working with sorrow? My beloved mom is passed in April and I try to find a decorative and creative way to track and work with my sorrow in my BuJo. Thanx! Kirsten from Germany ❤
@terriok12 жыл бұрын
Kirsten, if your Mom was funny like mine, you can write down her capers. You'll feel better, I promise, but it is going to take time and it will never go away.

The only thing I wish could be addressed is that to see trends, I like to see them in a monthly basis based on days of the week, where maybe on Monday evenings going out for dinner means not walking that night. Looking at trends from the days of the month doesn’t really tell me anything, and then I need to take the time to see if the day of the week had a direct impact on the following 3 days, or however long. Does this make sense?

Jashii, you are ABSOLUTELY phenomenal! I have seen anything like this… not even close! I have been reading, studying, analyzing more years than I care to remember both in and out of school, work and I was a mental health professional, so to speak, for three long years. You started off this video with Dr. David Burns. He wrote THE best mental health book I have ever read "The Feeling Good Handbook ". Then you touched on dozens of ways we can address our anxieties. I am (practically, LOL!) flabbergasted. I intend to pass this along to people in the field. I just have two suggestions. Can you slow down just a little bit and write slightly larger, pretty please with milk and honey 🍯 on it? Thank you ever so much! Now to watch Part 1.

Glad you liked the video! I did a fair bit of searching around to collate the ideas in this video, so I'm glad it paid off! 😄 I typically like to keep the videos fairly fast paced because it helps for viewer retention (people run away otherwise, haha) but I appreciate the feedback! 💜

@@terriok1 You can slow the video down by going to the little wheel icon on the bottom right-hand side of the video. You'll see the playback speed set to normal click on that little >, and a drop-down list will come up with various speeds. Choose 0.75 or even 0.5 to slow it down. Yes, @JashiiCorrin 's voice will be slightly distorted, but it might work better. For the size of writing: I'm always watching her videos on full-screen mode (click the bottom right icon on the far right) on a desktop. I hope this helps.

Sometimes the way to choose to say "NO" is leaving, and sometimes take out important to persons in the scale of my life. example, is hard to me say no to a friend, but no to a person who know... Maybe i don´t need that person in my life anymore, so i erasted. Or them simply aren´t important, accordingly, i don´t have to give you my help un first place.

I like the idea of this but its honestly too overwhelming. It looks like it requires more and kore stuff required to track my symptoms. Im already freaking out at the thought of having to buy more stuff to track
@JashiiCorrin Жыл бұрын
These ideas are very much a pick-your-own-adventure type deal 💜 I wouldn't recommend setting them all up at once, or using them all at once, more just going with 1 or a few that will have the most impact for you 💪 Certainly don't need more stuff in terms of supplies either. I just used a collection of decorative items because I wanted things to look "visually appealing" for anyone watching 😊
