As someone who stayed in the Tokyo Hilton at a higher level suite (since I travel for work and got a ton of points), it's pretty good. But it doesn't have quite as many Japanese inspired touches (outside of the premium buffet which includes fresh squeezed OJ), you won't get a bathtub unless you get an upgrade, and there are other options too. APA International is ~$80 a night, you'll get a clean compact room like the capsule, but it's also located in popular areas with a short walking distance. Which is the most important thing, IMHO, of a hotel.

I prefer the $60 room, not a fan of how the $20 room is designed it being smaller is fine but it looks super dated and I prefer showers over baths. But, the free breakfast is also a nice touch for the $20 room.
