Just made and tasted my first self made chocolate Honey was from my home. Every ingredient is pure and organic and in their best natural form I didn't made it hot but just warm it as I didn't wanted to lose the nutrition. The result is mind blowing. I mean amazing. Note - I had to add more coconut oil and Honey than you recommended as it was very strong initially. In fact, the honey quantity was equal to cocoa powder. Note 2 - adding more coconut and honey will result in very soft chocolate. To make crunchy please use same quantity he mentioned. Made plain chocolate and in few samples, I added almond cashews and raisins. I am now thinking to open my own shop Wowwwww I am so happy today

You should do a separate segment on chocolate compound. Last week I was shocked to see that 1kg of chocolate compound just costs 270 Rs., compared to high quality dark chocolate weighing 100g which costs Rs. 200. This compound is used almost everywhere by bakeries and chocolate makers - and it has vegetable and palm oil fats instead of cocoa fat. The next time you buy a chocolate cake or a brownie, think again. 99.9% if times, it has only chocolate compound.

white rice doesnt cause as much spike in sugar levels. If that were the case then most of Asian nations like China and Japan would have been highly diabetic. what spikes the insulins are the carbs and other synergetic factors like refined oils, junk food, etc. People in USA suffer from more Type 2 diabetes and obesity while Japanese and Chinese are much leaner and thinner in spite of having increased rice consumption and a lower rate of diabetes. Brown rice is just a fad just like refined oils were once, which will soon pass by when the risks are more well known. white rice in Asian diet has been in presence for thousands of years. Its only now that farmers dont do it themselves.
@saumil66796 жыл бұрын
Arindam Sarkar yeah your right. Even tho brown rice contains protein but it's only 1 gram per 100 g.plus it also contains anti nutrients like phytic acid which hinders the absorption of minerals.Also, brown rice contains arsenic which is bad.

Short summary ( as per my practical experience) 1. (*Correction in video) If you add X gm of cocoa powder then you have to add XmL of coconut oil & honey 🍯( or Butter) 2. Coconut smell a little bit but it is not irritating 3. Double boiling method should be done to avoid burning of cocoa {(* 1) You can use a pan & keep other utensil on it. 2) You can use half water filled utensil and keep a _Kadhai_ on it. } 3. It tests best when it's freezed.(so control yourself) 4. Expenditure Analysis:- ∆Cocoa :- ₹1300-1900/Kg ∆Coconut oil:- ₹400/L ∆ Honey:- ₹400/Kg *(Calculate by yourself) Almonds , chocochips & resins can be added for best results 5. Enjoy it.. *LOVE YOU ALL*

If you liked this video, you may also want to know that there are a number of steps to making chocolate! First, cocoa beans are picked from the tree. At this stage, the beans are white and gooey. The beans are fermented for 2 weeks and left to dry. Once dry, the beans have turned brown! The dried beans are roasted to create more flavor, and finally, made into chocolate products!
