I think this is first kettlebell channel that I liked. IMHO a lot kettlebell guys reminds me a little bit of traditional martial artists where seem to never look outside their own styles. Just wanted compliment this. I think we all learn from all areas. 🤙

Thank you so much for your feedback; I really appreciate it! It takes conscious effort to stay open minded because the emotional attachment to whatever sport/ style you‘re practicing becomes stronger everytime you engage with it. Maybe sometimes, I‘m off the mark but I try my best. - Gregory

Greogory, I’m a college student so I don’t have the means to get a personal trainer, but I make do with whatever research I can do on my own for kettlebells and I try to workout regularly, I’ve been doing the hard style stuff for quite some time now and I’ve learnt everything initially from Mark Wildman ( you can find his channel on KZbin ). I see that you’re quite educated and well informed on the subject of kettlebells and I trust your information, so if you find the time, would you like to react to Mark wildman’s clean and snatch and swing videos ?

I've recently started using chalk for my Swings and get ups, really liking it so far. I didn't really find it necessary until 32kg, but it's helping a lot with controlling the heavier weight's movement in the hands. I use a rock-climbing chalk-ball, which gets less chalk on your hands than using a powder chalk that's more common in gyms. you've just gotta give it a light squeeze or two before each set.

I love your channel.. Are kettlebell exercises good for someone who had cervical spine herniated disc 6-7 or should I just stick with looped bands only? Thank you

Hey Gregory. I’m a beginner and been following your videos for a little over a month now. Thanks so much for the great info. Your style of teaching I find really beneficial for me personally. I’m a postie in England and walk 20k-30k steps per workday 5-6 times per week. However my upper body needs work so been hitting the three beginner exercises for a few weeks & swings. Defo gona keep it up and continue to follow you. One thing I wonder about is arms. Are tri/bicep always secondarily worked on with kettlebell exercises? Oh and do you have an opinion on upright rows? I haven’t seen them in any of your videos so do you consider them dangerous? Keep the vids coming pal 👊🏻

Great information as usual! Gregory, what weight do you usually recommend for intermediate females to buy for lower body work such as deadlifts to build lean mass? Do you recommend to buy two different weights for upper and lower body? I have a 12kg which is very challenging for upper body work but when it comes to deadlifts (even if I'm doing 2 minutes - your workouts) it feels pretty light and I'm worry I'm not giving my lower body enough load. Is there any way to make a 12kg more challenging for lower body? I appreciate your time and dedication

Oh no no why you put Caroline as an example of an influencer... She was never one
@vee_grave3 жыл бұрын
I think it’s because Caroline’s fans think she’s above criticism. Not that Caroline herself believes this. But I do agree, Caroline is a physical trainer, not an influencer.

@@AngieZZofficial what do you squat, what do you deadlift and how many pull ups can you do?
@AngieZZofficial3 жыл бұрын
how much weight you push says nothing about the strength you have or not. and I don't have to brag about any numbers here either. I know what I can do and above all, and that is even more important, the execution is great. (What I know I like to push enough weight as a girl 🦄) If you haven't had a good experience with the kettlebell, I'm sorry for you. But because of that you can't make such a claim.💪🏽💜
