I did only 45 sec with 13 kg pro-kettlebell. It's damn hard for those who are not in kb sport.

Yes, it’s (unfortunately) real. The name of the dude is “V-Shred” - arguably one of the worst fitness influencers.

Coming from what I tentatively call an Olympic lifting background (doing some studying on the lifts from sports scientist and messing around with them.) I think their jerk technique is off. The entire point of the jerk is to get the weight overhead get under the weight and “put on the brakes“ and stop it as soon as you can. This slow sinking is very odd.

I'm literally watching these in slow motion to compare your technique to mine. Your KB snatch is superb, bro. When you do coaching sessions, do you allow clients to aend you videos showing their current form/technique?

Just did a modified two bells overhead. With 24kg, worked on my jerk, long cycle, thrusters and mixed in some sandbag pickups and cleans with the 60kg. The bells are both too heavy but I am starting with low reps, good form, plenty of rest, and not pushing it past the point of danger.

Thanks for the clarification Gregory. I've also heard well respected coaches provide different tips about the triple extension. In other words, push press = dip, but the heels stay on the ground, and jerk = dip, triple extension, dip, stand. Personally, I am only working on the PPs with the goal of getting to Jks. For the life of me, I can't keep my heels down when trying to generate force for the PP. I more than likley need to improve my ankle mobilty to help with that. But now, I'm not so sure I need to. Mind shedding some light on that? Thank you. Merry Christmas! Christ is King my Christian brother!
