Uplifting messages, character growth, it's funny, it's well animated, and it's emotionally engaging in a way most other shows just can't. Most shows don't get you to empathize with the characters. not a brony but i like the show and the music that comes out of it like this. idk if it makes me a brony but i started watching mlp cause of my niece 1 day i was told to watch my niece (5 years old ) while they went to the store. so i was thinking what could we do for fun. then i thought maybe she will like this my little pony show and i had to watch it with her. for the past 3-4 months she came to my room and asked if we could watch more episodes. and so we are at season 5 episode 13 waiting for the 14th episode and i gotta admit, that the show is cute and adorable in its own way with a great animation to it. i cant wait to see what other cartoons in the future will hold. all these really great animated shows are just amazing :) soon it will fill the world :D

If this show was bad grown-ups wouldn't be watching it. The show has so much complexities to it. It has a great story line, animation, characters, and the show is just so creative. It even has references that little kids won't understand. Yeah, the show might have girly things, but it's not overdosing it to a point where it's just a show for little girls.
