I've caught myself thinking the same about Shaw's gyms but in reality it was no different when he was at this point in his career. Training in a garage or storage unit along the way. I give them all credit it's not easy to train for certain events when you don't have the exact implement and have to rig it up or make your own... Definitely agree on the Rocky vibes

Biomechanical Observations - (1) Hercules hold - breathe, more oxygen required (2) weights up steps - current 1sr then 2nd step through transition, try synchronised jump potential 2-3 second time saving in a race, scaffold bar stability may prevent jump transition.
