We do this for our special needs kid and we even purposely buy Q size on sale instead of Full for his mattress at home so that when we go to hotels (every great once in a while) we will have Q sheets to bring! 😅

Chris you should make a check list for the questions for each hotel. Like a worksheet. That way you will be less likely to forget thing with how busy you will be. (Tips frome manufacturing in a super hectic environment)

Disney calls the mini fridges 'beverage coolers' because they generally do not get cold enough to safely store leftover food without food being in the 'danger zone' (too warm temperature)

Chris - for the water pressure get a little beach bucket and time home long it takes to fill up. You can then compare the times.

Water pressure, and flushing is in the same category. As to the shower water pressure. If you could get a plastic gallon juice pitcher, and time how long it takes to fill the pitcher with just the hot water shower faucet. Then have Brooklyn find someone good with mathematics to calculate the amount of water flow/pressure it took to fill the pitcher. As to the bedding test, you should have Miles with you for Him to see how high he gets jumping on the beds. Seriously, Chris, this should be fun. Have a good time. Uncle Martin

There is a difference in a mini fridge and the beverage coolers. The beverage coolers do not get cold enough. Your milk and fruit will spoil quick in the coolers.

Chris, the most important thing is to pace yourself, so you doing burn yourself out. But also, DON'T let corporate disney take your bags. pack light, wash your own clothes and make it easier for yourself. Good luck Cris. stay well and hydrated. I know you'll be missing your family during those 20 days! There are some resorts that you can technically "pool hop". Even though the pool is the Beach clubs pool, Yacht club uses it too. Also in the moderate resorts, like Port Orleans, guests can use all of the pools. Don't know if they do but originally it was supposed to be that all the resorts around Hour Glass lake would share their pools as well. But I think now it's not the case. Also, it's bad that corporate disney restricted the hours for hotel stays. That only the well off or rich get the extra perk now. Before to thank you for spending the money with them and staying on property you got both morning AND evening time. Now unless you're in deluxe, you only get 30 minutes in the morning. But the rich folks get hours after close. I saved for over a year just to afford 3 days extra to do so for my daughter, because she remembered doing it before when we were at Pop and now that is gone!

Awesome, thank you Chris. Some of those questions, I thought it was common knowledge like with the transportation, how to get around but I guess not. Maybe I gone to Disney World so much that I just know. But only stayed at 2 Disney hotels, Pop Century and the Caribbean. Because of the Skyliner. Honestly if you can afford it its better to stay at the Caribbean resort. You stay at Pop century or Art of Animation you take one ride then you have to get off at Caribbean and get in line again. Caribbean is the main hub for Hollywood Studios and Epcot.

Hi Chris, thanks for doing this. I have dreamed of going to Disneyworld for a long, long time, but I have a service dog (German Shepherd) so I didn't think it would be possible. I heard Brooklyn mention requirements for service dogs, but is that only for the hotels or are they allowed in the park(s) too? I've never seen one in the park on any videos, so I doubt it. Plus how could I go on any rides - I'm sure it's impossible, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

If you have a service dog when you go to the park, they will ask about it. If he’s a service dog, he’ll be allowed in. They cannot ride rides. They have a kennel at each ride for the dog to wait in.
