Artificial Intelligent narration sucks. Having a human narrator who knows what he is talking about would be far superior to this AI.

The problem with that is, the people who make these videos don't speak English. And capable AI voices generally cost money, so they use these cheap ones that can't pronounce common words.

Using A.I. voices for narration still have quite a ways to go yet, as I have noticed so many pronunciation errors that a human professional voiceover artist would not make.
@FireflyGirl68

I don't know about that. I've heard many human narrators mispronounce plenty of common words (as well as using incorrect grammar VERY often...😖😫) It truly makes me question the education system here in the US. It's inexcusable and shows a great deal of laziness and ignorance on the narrator's part. My grammar, pronunciation, ability to spell correctly, usage of correct terms and my basic knowledge of Latin definitely helps as well. This way I can figure out a word's meaning much more easily as well as the word's etymology. Of course, it's still not perfect, but it's far better than most of what's here online. Unfortunately, most content creators truly do NOT care. It's too bad because it's a very easy issue to rectify and IF creators realized this, I believe they would fare much better and attract far more subscribers. 🤔🙄

As far back as the early 1970's- as depicted and outlined in the 1972 issue (I believe) of the annual ENCYCLOPEDIA BRITANNICA YEARBOOKS OF SCIENCE AND THE FUTURE (books that I devoured from cover to cover as a child)- there were plans for what was called the Planetran. It was a very high-speed underground maglev bullet train that would have traveled through an evacuated tube- basically the ancestor of the HyperLink. Had the rather monumental engineering challenges been conquered and the project been seen through to fruition, one of the Planetran routes would have gone from New York City to Los Angeles in 54 minutes! The Sub Shuttle, a somewhat scaled down version of this concept, was featured in two of Gene Roddenberry's pilots, GENESIS II (1973) and PLANET EARTH (1974).

On graphene. It was initially reported that it was a filter like no other for water. It was said that graphene allows H2O though it leaving behind all contaminates, resulting in a perfectly clear and clean water. The possibilities for 3rd world countries with water issues would no longer have issues. Even in the states, cycling water for showers, bath tubs and washers and dishwashers, water shortages should become a thing of the past. I worked for 2 of the largest walk-in tub companies, one of which I led the R&D team among other duties. After speaking to one of the original discoverers, I immediately saw the future considering each bath in those tubs could use upwards of 55 gallons. Cycling the same water would surely have it's limits on cycles but it would make a huge impact. It had been about 5 years ago and keeping in touch with the discoverer I had met ended shortly after with a hint that the testing would be on hold as the military did additional research. I thought for sure we'd nver hear about it again.

Do you know the Industrial Revolution occurred after penicillin was discovered in the 1920s? I worked in intensive and critical care from 1982-2020, and I can tell you I was using antibiotics to manage every patient, so the future without antibiotics is bleak. Infections are spread by contact via vectors. Crowded factories, foreign devices, implants, and even minor surgical procedures cannot be performed. People get infected after accidents and even thornprick. So, people who are investing in technology must think about who will use this technology.

Most concrete structures use steel re bar. The problem is when it cracks water gets in and rusts the re bar. When the re bar rusts it expands and causes the crack to get bigger and eventually failure of the structure will ensue.

Not if you are traveling in a straight line. If the bullet train accelerates at a reasonable pace, you will barely feel it. The only way you will know is by looking out the window.

The computer generated poorly pronounced naration is way too distracting. More emphasis on quality live human narration would demonstrate that this channel is interested in more than just clicks.

The content of the video is good, but there's got to be a better way to correct the pronunciation of words. That part was pretty bad.

Forget about the planet of the apes, instead we’ll have the planet of machines and technologies going rampant, humanity becoming slaves to it, unable to think for ourselves anymore without the aid of a machine and technology…..😢
