Ronaldo was abdolutely the better dribbler and more skilled again, but Henry had perfect control when running with the ball too, it wasn't just kicking it 20 yards ahead. He always had a perfect touch and perfect contol. You could say Ronaldo could dribble faster with the ball, or change direction and pace better etc, but just running with the ball, in a somewhat straight line withouth changing the direction or pace much, while having it under control Henry was faster I think.

Kaka was subbed in and hence fresh, Messi had played the whole game and didn't really bother to catch Kaka, he basically escorted him, not really pushing hard (why would he?). As for Kaka himself, he was an excellent athlete, but it's never been about his top speed, rather his ruthless consistency and control when running with the ball.

Plus Messi can hit top speed and continue to keep running WITH THE BALL which is an additional advantage to a player like him which many players cannot do.

Really important to mention "recorded top speed" doesnt necessarily tell you who the fastest player is, just that they have recorded a high top speed. You probably find players in training that are capable of running much faster speeds than recorded in a match. Nor does it tell you who the fastest player is because maybe the fastest player plays in a system where they dont ever reach their top speed. When Bale was at Spurs he was asked who the fastest guy at the club was (back when they had Bale, Walker, Lennon) he said top speed its Younes Kaboul, he just had lousy acceleration. You never got to see Kaboul at full speed because he never really needed to get to that speed.
