Great list AP but missed quite a few: Allister, No Use for a Name, Saves the Day, Home Grown, Punchline, Riddling kids, Goldfinger, Motion City Soundtrack, Lucky Boys Confusion, American Hi-Fi, MXPX, Millencolin, Never Heard of It, the starting line. That’s just a few of them!

Would've added Busted's 'Crashed the Wedding' & McFly's '5 Colours in Her Hair.' Both bands tried to break into the American market over a decade ago unsuccessfully & both deserve to get recognized over here.
@theorutherford74726 жыл бұрын
Scsigs They don't count I'm afraid. No one in the UK classes those bands as even close to punk or sub genre of punk. Although I love and have seen Busted and they still get airtime over here.
@DildosForChristmas6 жыл бұрын
A couple of Busted songs very slightly maaaaybe. Fake is a good pop punk song. But McFly definitely not.
@Scsigs6 жыл бұрын
That's why I said those songs specifically. Those guys are far from Punk, but they've produced POP Punk songs in the past that I bet a lot of fans of the genre would like to hear. Think before responding next time.
@DildosForChristmas6 жыл бұрын
Scsigs McFly haven't produced any pop punk songs. Busted have a couple that are slightly on the edge of pop punk. I gave you an example of the most pop punk song that Busted have done. 5 Colours isn't even slightly pop punk at all 😂. Learn to read before responding next time.
@Scsigs6 жыл бұрын
DildosForChristmas McFly' 3rd & 4th albums are literally at least HALF Pop Punk. Not only that, but they rerecorded '5 Colours in Her Hair' in that style. Busted also have several songs on their first 2 albums that fall into the genre. Learn to check your shit before doubling down.
