My takeaway - Sensory deprivation technique -I’ll try it. I use you tip on fast learning- when you immerse yourself underwater -there isn’t distractions to the thinking flow. I use this state when I need to visualize my lessons step by step.

Hey Jim, happy 400!! So much information here I will definitely watch again and take notes. And I will forward this to my friends and family. I never liked reading and used to avoid it all together, until I started learning from our Brain Coach. I’m not up to one book a week yet, it takes a little longer than that but I really am starting to enjoy reading. I’ll take the dog for a walk and when I get in the back by the woods I’ll sit in my wooden chairs with my feet up and after about 30 or 40 minutes of reading I like to meditate for 15 or 20 minutes. I’ll sit back, close my eyes and listen to the birds and bugs sing.

I'm looking very much forward to my future where I can take complete control over my diet... It's an all over the show overloaded with sugar gut situation now. And the worst thing about is I'm very much aware of how unhealthy it is. I'll work on it piece by piece again... Really does affect mood hey... 👍

Really like jim and really like his work, but I am always puzzled how people who are supposedly super smart are talking about 40 million years and 4 million years and not a sweet shred of evidence anywhere to support that irrational and illogical notion It makes me laugh and it gives me pause for thought about listening to anyone who makes comments like this about one part of the brain growing for 40 million years and one part of the brain catching up is just some of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard of in my entire lifetime Jim, please drop that kind of nonsense talk and just keep sharing all your insights cause your insights are beautiful. Your insights are amazing. Your insights are helpful and I love hearing them.

I'd love to try a sensory deprivation tank, but I don't think I would be allowed to. At one point, I was meditating 30 minutes a day for almost a year, but I stopped because my mind kept drifting, and I didn't see much improvement. However, I want to try mindful eating/walking as an alternative.

And then this notion that the mind is a gravitational field or maybe it’s this or maybe it’s that it’s none of these things, it’s so awful when we try to label things. We don’t have a sweet clue what we’re talking about, the mind is not physical. Which enters the spiritual dimension

I don’t control my mind. I’m just along for the ride. I have maybe 🤔 2-3 hours a day where all the monkeys 🐒 are in the cages and I can control my thoughts and accomplish some tasks. My ADHD/OCD is mentally and emotionally consuming. My focus 🧘🏽 break comes when my meds kick 🦵 in. Such a struggle every month to get an RX filled and it’s never enough to last the month. Ugh 😑
