You can play bully in an emulator like this one or you can also purchase it from Steam. You can find one on Steam at very cheap price when it's on sale. Or you can just play with the help of emulation.

@@SmogSaver i know, im using the emulator but it locked at 30fps, what settings do u use to unlock the FPS?? i had i7-9850H and rtx 2060. i trying to use patches on the emulator but didnt work

@@bobby1379 To be honest with you, if you look closely the benchmark says 60 fps. However, when look at the motion seems, it seems to only run at 30 fps which seems to be the case with all the ps2 games which are natively 30 fps locked. I have tried Bully (Steam version) at 60fps with mods and i can see visually in that one that it runs buttery smooth 60fps.
