Kingdom Hearts 3 is a mixed bag. It's not as good as KH2 or even KH1 but I personally still had a ton of fun with it. I like that the worlds actually feel like WORLDS and not just a series of empty rooms, I like Sora being a capable fighter right from the beginning (as he should be, by this point), I like the unique transformations and abilities (some more unique than others) that each Keyblade gives you, San Fransokyo is my favorite KH world, and and KH3 delivers the biggest thing that it promises...the hearts and existences of those we thought gone forever are returned to us!

Correct me if I’m wrong but, over the past decade, everyone that has ever played Arkham Origins and Arkham Knight has given it the credit that it rightfully deserves. Except a certain man who chooses to underneath one of the most mid condiments ever. Ergo, it doesn’t really need to be on this list.

Its likely going to get more credit because Rocksteady is absolutely collapsing right now thanks to that shit Suicide Squad game. But Arkham Knight did go a little overboard with the batmobile. Especially with those fucking tank battles. My god, did those suck. Arkham Origins I thought was just fine, but I only paid $3 for my copy. So I guess I don't have any perspective of being burned at all potentially

I appreciate the shout-outs to Bioshock 2 and Batman: Arkham Origins. I really wish Origins would get ported to PS4/PS5, though that's probably not gonna happen. Also liked the shout-out to Last of Us Part 2, given how much hate the game got from the get-go.

I think you can play Origins with ps plus. And as somebody who beat The Last of Us 2 several times, including grounded, and has the platinum trophy, I can say that it deserved the hate it got

politics and everything aside, the problem i had with the last of us 2 is that you do not kill abby at the end. if ellie went straight up kratos vs zeus on abby i would have been happy. that is why i hate the game because joel's death felt hollow and provoking for no reason. waste of a possibly good game

The problem for me isn't simply not killing Abby but the hypocrisy of the game's message. It comes of as a "revenge isn't the answer" story but is in reality a "revenge is only for those who know the right way to get it" story...and Abby is treated as that person who does it right.

@@JoeMavro1 i dont care. i was so attached to joel i dont care if he is in the wrong. again i liken it to kratos who is in the wrong a lot but you still want him to win. abby sucks and forcing me to play as her made me hate her more. i wanted the option to kill her in the most violent over the top way possible. that would have made it a perfect game but letting her live makes it a game i will never play again unlike the first game

Sonic forces does not deserve any respect, Cars 3 was inferior to the other 2 while having the advantage of newer technology, yooka Kaylee had valid criticism but was over hated so it is fair, spyro is already respected, horizon and the uncharted dlc do not deserved any respect they are in fact underhated. Horizon is an average open world game, you cannot stoop lower than it in how average and bland it is, uncharted lost legacy was just a bland attempt to continue to milk the uncharted franchise with less interesting characters that also happened to be women in an age of replacing male characters with females instead of inventing a new original female character. I didn't even know they made a Yu-Gi-Oh video game, and MK11 was underrated so I agree there. Deadpool has found the respect it deserves after the release of Deadpool 3.

Honestly, I thought playing a Big Daddy in Bioshock 2 was the best thing about it. The only thing I would complain about it is I wish the game a little longer. They should have giving you more characters in the rotten city of Rapture.

Mafia 3 got hated on too hard. I do understand the repetitiveness of it, but the DLCs broke up the monotony of that mostly, but the setting, music , gameplay and story are amazing. Though it would be alot better if it wasnt a Mafia game

It's hard to believe that there are some people who don't like Kingdom Hearts. Sure, it gets complicated at times, but it's still fun to play. It makes me feel like I'm entering a world where I can save Disney from turning to the dark side. Like what happened right now with Winnie the Pooh.

Honorable Mention: Super Mario Sunshine Yes the game is janky AF for a Mario game, but I do appreciate the game for trying something bold & drastically different for the franchise. To me this was the last time Nintendo really tried to be experimental with the Mario franchise, arguably even more experimental than the likes of Galaxy & Odyssey.

Bioshock 2 is the best in the series. It fixed everything that was wrong with the first game. Sped up the mini games for hacking, allowed smooth dual wielding, added more abilities and weapons, and fixed the 2nd half as far as pacing and added NPCs with some choices along the way. The little sister gathering sections are strategic and fun as hell too!

Arkham Origins has the best "Quick time" boss battles and you had to train for them in order to beat the bosses like Deathstroke 😜 "Fans" as in the Fandouches then yeah! 😂 And the main reason it got so much hate is that Kevin Conroy or Mark Hamil didn't leant there "voice talents" to the game 🙄 Roger Craig Smith and Troy Baker did a, most excellent job in voicing the characters 😛

Origins became one of my favorite games of all times, when the joker was introduced, it started to feel like i was playing a movie, the story, atmosphere, music all breathtaking.

I'll give some honorable mention that shouldv'e been in the list: Sonic CD: Despite being from the classic era of the blue blur, this game is extremly critize for having some confusing level design and easy boss fight, while having ost with cd quality which was extremly ahead at the time and the best moveset out of the 5 original 16-bit games. Super Smash Bros for. Wii U: If Melee's fans were the ones hating Brawl, Brawl fans were the ones unhappy with this entry, for the lack of characters and elements from the previous game, like the removal of the Ice climbers, Wolf, Snake and many other beloved in Brawl, also the removal of the Adventure mode which was replace by a Mario Party alike mode, but despite the flaws, it's one of the better Smash Bros gameplay-wise, and it introduced many hype 3rd-Party characters to the roaster like Pac-Man, Ryu, Bayonetta, Mega Man and the legendary Cloud striff from Final Fantasy VII which was a game never brought into a Nintendo console at time, that reveal alone let the possibilities for many more 3rd-Party icons to show in the Super Smash Bros series. Paper Mario Color Splash & Paper Mario The Origami King: These two games share the same hatred from the older fans, and that's for lacking original theming or characters, having a somewhat mediocre combat system, and being heavly focus on Paper than the actual series, just like Sticker Stars.. But the difference between these two titles to Sticker stars is that unlike sticker stars, they try to work with what they had, like TOK having a story about Origamis taking over the Mushroom Kingdom, or CS having a plot twist where Bowser is actually controlled by that dark paint energy, plus they were made in the era where Mario games were relying alot on nostalgia for the theming, soo they should have credit for what they did, but we still ain't forgiving Sticker Stars anytime soon.

Kingdom hearts is my personal favorite Disney game and the story is really good, batman was ok, last of us part 2 ok even though a lot of people didn't like it due to Joel dying being killed by Abby, super smash bros brawl from 2008 was really good. Arkham Knight is peak Batman experience; it came out in 2015, still looks better than most games out there, has details in every aspect of the game, Rich story, Batmobile is incredible, and they have shown a good reason why it is being used throughout the game. I think when it came out, people couldn't handle it properly, and they just wanted to play as Batman; that's where all the hate came from. But most people want to hate everything, don't they?

Honorable Mentions: *Various Pokemon Games -It can often be infuriating when fans hyperfixate on what each generation DIDN'T do as opposed to praising what they DID do. Gen 2 gave us Dark and Steel-types, two counters to the psychic type. And they fixed ghost type moves so that they deal super effective damage to psychic types. Gen 3 gave us fixed gen 1 remakes. Gen 4 gave us the physical/special split. Gen 5 gave us 2 amazing stories across BW and B2W2 and unlimited TM usage. Gen 6 gave us the Fairy-Type and mega evolutions! (P.S. I'm SO HAPPY that Gamefreak is bringing them back for Legends Z-A) Gen 7 gave us regional variants and got rid of HMs for good. Gen 8 gave us Dynamax and Gigantamax. Gen 9 gave us open world traversal and Terastralization. Not to mention, every generation brought new moves that made certain types more valuable. Shadow Ball, X-Scissor, Bug Buzz, Flare Blitz, Draco Meteor, Phantom Force, Giga Impact, Aqua Tail, Wild Charge, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, and many many more!

The problem is: the handholding & unskippable cutscenes. Tie that with the absurdity that is mega evolutions+ you lose a lot of fans. Not to mention poor framerate on the switch entries. It's understandable why they get the hate.

Arkham Knight is the best comic book game of all time And it aged beautifully Not only it stood the test of time but it showed its true value when Gotham knights and suicide squad showed up and everyone was immediately reminded how wrong they were about AK I was one of the vanguards and never left this camp But I’m glad that this gate is finally open to the masses and AK is getting the recognition it deserved since day one

I really appreciate that bioshock 2 was on here. i never understood why the hate around this game came from. What didn't work in the first in the first game was fix in 2 in gameplay and the graphics was the best in the franchise in my opinion. Story wise no one cant beat the first one but for what it was it was A solid game

The issue with the borderlands 3 and tiny Tina wonderlands games is people changed as the games took so long to release we as people changed are idea of humor changed people who say it’s cringe are people who grew up with borderlands 1 2 and pre sequel and expected the humor to be the same but as the world changes what we find funny and what we don’t has to evolve so honestly people who criticize the writing of these games or the jokes just need to grow up the games are amazing bl3 and tiny Tina wonderlands some of the best borderlands out there ok they not for everyone because the humor but they play the best look the best sound the best so the end of the day who cares

Damm i'm shocked honnestly. These games series looks amazing. Even Dead Or Alive series with Batman Arkham Knight & Origins, The Last Of Us Part 2 (What?) and Fortnite?!?! Fortnite i'm VERY surprised with so many players playing this game on Twitch or PC, i'm very shocked to see it as one of the most hated Games. I confessed i never played Borderlands series but i find it pretty cool tho. And i played Dead Or Alive on Xbox 360 and i found it pretty cool. And Soul Calibur? I played from 2 to 6 and Soul Calibur 2, 3 and 4 are very good from the series. Super Smash Bros series i played it since the begining on N64. Super Smash Bros Brawl AND Ultimate are the best of this series. In my opinion.

Yea the Brawl criticism was insane haha the comp crowd was gifted Melee one system before, it's such a shame because me and my buddies had a BLAST with Brawl when it first came out, so many fun new mechanics and characters... if, if you can JUST look past that stupid tripping, and how it's a touch slower, and how much harder the wave dash is or whatever, the game stands extremely strong on its own as a fun, well designed game.

I do feel like a lot of the hate for the last of us part 2 is way unjustified because realistically I feel like it does an excellent job of showing how decisions can have consequences and even though I did and do love Joel it's impossible to think that his actions would not have consequences and considering the world it was in you can't just gloss that over with a happy ending because in a story like that with all the horrible things done morally a happy ending would be just like saying that the bad guys won with no consequence and in this story there really aren't too many good guys

"20 Games That DON'T Get The Respect They Deserve" starts of with Doom 3, Doom 3 segments end with don't playh the original it's a mess because it doesn't play like doom ... not giving it the respect that it deserves ... I played doom 3 in the summer of 2004 on PC... I loved it. Great atmosphere, great PC benchmark title, played it a few months before I got half life 2. Which these games were head to head. I admit I liked Half 2 better but damn Doom 3 was a good game never understood the hate it got. Felt like a great adaptation of Doom in that time period. Also I remember everyone loving it, got great reviews, friends liked it.

If Nintendo were smart, they’d consider adapting Kid Icarus into an Anime and build off that. Or at least try to make the next game into something like an Action RPG- I think that could work for this particular IP.

Arkham Origins was the first game I played in the series and I loved it! Couldn't get enough and just last year I beat Arkham Knight, the batmobile sections weren't as bad as people made em out to be. Also I like TLOU part 2

The Dead Or Alive series definitely doesn't get enough respect. I honestly think it's because of the "boob bouncing", which is crazy. Female characters have boobs, boobs bounce when you move! It's realistic, unless you deliberately set the settings higher. Plus, let's face it: it's not like it's the first or only time that games have had sexualized women, is it? Besides, the main focus is the fighting, which is incredible. I honestly think it's the deepest fighting mechanics around. Mortal Kombat is so over the top gory it's flat-out silly, and is really just "button mash to win". Tekken, IMO has boring, repetitive characters and is also a button masher. Street Fighter I like quite well, though it's ultimately all about special moves and projectiles, especially in the older installments. DOA is balanced very well between offense and defense and is more realistic than most fighting games, which have tons of special moves that would kill the victim outright in the middle of the fight. DOA is slightly over the top at times, and draws from Japanese mythology, but is a fairly realistic martial arts fighting game. Not fireballs, harpoons, x-ray moves, all that BS. I LOVE the games and can't understand why they aren't much more popular!

Soul Calibur and Tekken share a publisher, and THAT's why SC isn't as successful? Oh sure, I definitely know a TON of casual gamers who pay attention to game publishers, assume their games must be similar and are disappointed when that isn't the case. Makes perfect sense ...

Gears of War Judgement deserved better. Was it the best game in the series? Definitely not. But the story was still interesting, and I liked how they experimented with mission structure and gameplay. It was a fun way to pass the time while we waited patiently for Gears of War 4

Assuming games make about 40-50 dollars after Sony/Microsoft/stores in general get their cut,,that’s only about 80- 100 million, the game probably costs about 100-150 million to make, yeah that’s disappointing.
